Vyon Textile is a mid-size garment manufacturing unit that relies on manual spreading of fabric layers on the flat table and plies cut together using a straight knife cutting machine, round knife cutting machine, and band knife. We are soon scaling up business and considering automatic spreading machines. A fusing machine, ply number machine, automatic rib cutting machine, racks for storing cutting, trolleys for moving cutting from bundle section to sewing lines, and a heat transfer printer are installed to improve quality and productivity.

The unit has high-end electronic sewing machines like Single Needle Lock Stitch, Feed off the Arm, Single needle chain stitch machine, Multi-needle chain stitch machine, Overlock sewing machines, Flatlock machines, Double-needle lockstitch machine, Button holing machine, Button Sewing machine, Zig-zag sewing machine, Snap button attaching machine, back pocket welting machine, Jeans back pocket setter and Logo embroidery machine. Garment pressing and folding are done manually as per the client’s packing template requirement.
